• The information provided by the physiotherapist during tele consultation is based on the information you supply.
• Tele consultations are not suitable for medical emergencies.

4. Appointments, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments must be booked through our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Late Arrival: Sessions may be shortened if you arrive late.
• No Show: Missed appointments without prior notice may incur a fee or affect future bookings.

5. Payment & Pricing

• All service prices are mentioned in INR and may be updated without prior notice.
• Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept UPI, bank transfers, and digital wallets for tele consultations and in-clinic payments.
